1. We include a Two Year Replacement Guarantee on all trees from the date of installation. This guarantee does not cover external physical damage, acts of God, or neglect by owner and is limited to one replacement per tree.
   
   
2. 100% Organic installation including composted organic soil conditioner mixed in at the rate of approximately one cubic foot of mulch per inch of tree caliper.
   
   
3. We will fertilize with agri-form or similar plant tabs that last for two years at the manufacturers recommended rates.
   
   
4. We will use Permatill to help retain moisture and aerate soil.
   
   
5. We will mulch with 2"-3" of pine straw at no additional charge. If we are notified before the installation date we can substitute hardwood or pine bark mulch for an additional $5.00/tree.
   
   
6. We will stake the trees using arbor tape and 3-18" wooden stakes (not all varieties of trees require staking).
   
   
7. We will apply corn gluten to help prevent weeds and add nitrogen to the soil.
   
   
8. We will install the trees slightly above grade to help with drainage and build a "water ring" around tree to help facilitate watering.
   
   
9. We will dig out and remove grass where the trees are installed (if it exists) and apply a pre-emergent herbicide to help prevent weed growth.
